We will be doing the five workouts every Saturday at 1pm alternating with CF Red, Pura Vida CrossFit, or here at home… CrossFit Junction. Please join us in this community event. CrossFit is all about community. Come see a slice of the bigger picture. If you cannot make it on Saturday, you could also complete your workout on Wednesday night at 6pm (upon release of workout) or as the WOD for the gym on Thursday.
