135 pound Deadlift, 9 reps (95#)
135 pound Hang power snatch, 6 reps (95#)
135 pound Overhead squat, 3 reps (95#)

  1. I remember that Chuck….he was a lot easier to beat in a W.O.D. This picture is a great reminder of how far you’ve come and how hard you’ve worked. You’re turning yourself into a force to be reckoned with, good job!!

    On a side note, great work on Nick’s part getting through tonight’s workout so quick.
