Registration opens tomorrow for the CrossFit Open. Click here to check it out!
Just in case you were wondering…. WE TOTALLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THE OPEN!!
That’s right, I’m talking to YOU!! Every one of you!!
I know you’re freaked out by the word ‘competition’…. I know you may not think you are ready to compete…. I know you said you may never even want to compete….. I know, I know….. but this is the worldwide CrossFit community coming together- and it’s a blast!!
We will be joining forces with CrossFit Red and CrossFit Pura Vida. Good times will be had by all – you won’t want to miss it!!
Beginning Feb. 22, a new WOD will be released each week. We will be doing these as a regular class WOD…. so why not?!
Registration opens tomorrow. Please sign up! We have quite a few members that would love a fighting chance at the Regional Competition May 3-6, location TBA. For every member that our gym has registered and contributing to our overall team points, increases our gym’s overall score. WE NEED YOU!!
Please consider it, the fee is small, the fun is big, and you’ll look back in a year and be amazed at how far you’ve come.
Also in February…. we are adding a 3:30pm weekday class to the schedule. This will begin on Thursday, February 1, and will be offered each weekday except for Wednesday (CrossFit Kids have dibs!). We have also added a Sunday class to the schedule. It will be an open gym format from 11am-1pm. There will be a posted WOD, but you can come in anytime during that time block. Please respect your coaches and do not show up at 12:50pm to do the Filthy 50….
Under 2 weeks to go for the Nutrition Challenge… hopefully you have invested in a healthy future and are seeing some rewards. Maybe it’s better sleep quality, better workout performances, hunger control, better sustained energy levels, lost a few pounds, lost a few pant sizes…. Keep on making it a priority to look and feel better.
