  1. Kipping handstand push ups rock! Thanks JC. The only downside is that inevitable drop onto my bean, I think I may be an inch shorter after tonight! Accelerated shrinkage!

  2. I’m with you on that, showed up to softball and one of the guys asks me why my head is bleeding! At least we used the hardest part of our body to get the job done.

    Alot of sweat got left in that gym tonight, great job everyone.
