The only classes that will be offered this Friday, April 1, are:
6:30am, 8am and Noon.
We will not be holding 4:15 (CFKids), 5pm and 6pm classes on this day, nor 9am on Saturday, 4/2.
Workout #2 for the CrossFit Open will be released tonight.
We will do this workout in-house on Wednesday, 3/30. So if you are a registered athlete for the Open, please make sure you get in here on Wednesday!!
