  1. I am there if we can get enough people cause apparently today and yesterday weren’t enough torture for me :-)

  2. S-WOD – the 12:00 class did this last, and it sucked. I was only able to accumulate 2:20.
    D-WOD – 20, 2+42, 16 for total reps of 174 (118# stone) The push-ups destroyed me.

  3. S-WOD – Didn’t happen
    D-WOD – 5, 2+35, 4 for total reps of 140 (73# stone) Mods: Side step on 17.5″ box, 15# OH lunges
