9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please let me know if you are interested in helping with the admissions gate, volunteering, and/or judging.
Admission will be $6/day or $10/weekend pass. Kids 12 & under are free.

    D-WOD: Done. Felt kinda like a cheetah out there….

    Santi- I’ll be there at 6am. P.S. Those dope beats were siiiick.

  2. S-WOD: Ring Rows Done, Handstand broke into 4 sets (60sec, 45sec, 40sec, 35sec)
    D-WOD: Done with all out sprints each round, first time since hip injury that I could sprint all-out.
