Thom on the prowl.

Have you exchanged food logs with your Paleo partner?!  Week 1 is done and gone and hopefully everyone is over the tired, crabby phase…..  Please take the time to make sure your partner is on track and doing well.

Elyse will be bringing in some farm-fresh eggs this week. They will be in the kitchen fridge… Help yourself, $2/dozen.

If you saw an invoice in your inbox and you just paid, don’t fret.  Ultimately we’d like to get everyone paying on or around the first of every month, so expect to see an invoice the week prior to the 1st…… We just want to give you time to budget and plan.

We have a few events coming up that I need to get a head count for.  Let me know if you are/are not in for the following:

October 31st @ noon, $10 donation to Operation Homefront and WOD at CrossFit Red.

November 13, Trail Run, about 3 miles, teams of 2, $5 entry fee, hot springs after.  Put on by Hypoxia CrossFit in Ouray.

November 21, Fun in the kitchen, Paleo Chef course (keep up your Paleo lifestyle!) put on by CrossFit Agoge in Montrose.  $50, 10a-4p.

  1. Thom trying to find his “Man-card” in the grass after missing several workouts. 31st I’m playing ball, definately in for Nov. 13th, probably out of town on Nov. 21st.

  2. Thanks Chad for the reminder, I have missed getting in this week. I hope to see everyone back on Mon, with a “ELK” good protein for the diet, I have enjoyed.

    As for the man card Chad, I will let my arms do the talking! :-)
