We all do CrossFit so that we are able to do all of the other things in life we enjoy so much.
For some of us that means a healthy body to do manual labor and earn a paycheck. For some, it means being able to keep up with your kids. For some, it means that you don’t have to hang up the boxing gloves just yet. For some, it means going on a difficult Colorado hike and thoroughly being able to enjoy the view. For some, it means being able to do whatever you want to do, whenever you want to do it because you are the holder of a healthy, strong, fit body.
We all do many things in our free time. Thanks to you and your love of many different sports, many people within our CrossFit Junction family have gone hiking, mountain biking, trail running, cyclocross racing, adventure racing, swimming, and a ton of other things that perhaps would have otherwise gone undone!
All of that being said…. we’d like to kick off an in-house CrossFit Junction Sports Series. Each of you will choose an activity that you love and share it with the rest of us! Spread the love for your sport, if you will. Some brainstorms have already occured….. soccer, softball, MMA, golf, rock climbing, bowling, sled dog racing, kayaking, boxing, flag football, snowboarding, rafting, cross-country skiing, tennis, longboarding, SUP (stand-up paddleboarding)….. the options are endless!
Once you have your idea in mind, get with us and we can help coordinate each event. We are very excited to see how each of you use your healthy bodies to live life to its fullest.
