Warm-up:  Coach specific

Mobility:  Banded Bully

Strength:  2 Power Cleans EMOM for 10:00 @ 80%

WOD:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of-
10 Kettlebell swings (70#/53#)
10 Box jumps (24″/20″)
10 Ring dips

For those of you that wanted to ask Brandon to take his shirt off, but were too scared to ask……

  1. I never asked … Not even once..;-). .Hats off to you Brandon.. did the main site work out last night ,let me know if you ever do this one, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 muscle-ups & box jumps on a 40″ box .. 9:44 RX. Only 4 guys & 1 girl did this 1 prescribed . I hope everybody’s working hard,

  3. Hahahahaha thats funny. I’ll be seeing you guys soon. Still going to do my training with steve but talked with him today and we figured out a way to incorporate my crossfit with it!!!
