To safely execute the kipping pull-up, push away at the top. Drive your shoulder blades toward the wall behind you.

Once you’ve pushed away (back) from the bar at the top of your pull-up, drive your chest forward at the bottom. This will lead you nicely into your next kipping pull-up. Annie has recently made a breakthrough on her kipping pull-ups and will not be needing the bands much longer….

So….. another Paleo Challenge is just around the corner. Our next contest will run from Monday, Feb. 7 through Saturday, April 2.
