So….. another Paleo Challenge is just around the corner. Our next contest will run from Monday, Feb. 7 through Saturday, April 2. We will be holding an informational meeting this Thursday (2/3) at 6pm at Cold Stone. Just kidding, at the gym. If you cannot make it to the informational meeting but would like to get more info, catch (or e-mail, or call) one of us anytime and we would be more than happy to go over the rules with you.
