For time:
Run 1 mile
200 double unders*
Run 1 mile

*and the kicker is…. for every time you stop on double unders, complete 10 burpees. There will be a x10 penalty limit.

  1. Man I didn’t know I sucked so bad at double unders until I had to do 100 burpees for sucking so bad at double unders!! Oh well, gives me something to work on for sure. Thanks to everyone that worked hard with me at the 4:30pm.
