CrossFit Games Open 11.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155#/100#)
12 Push-ups (w/hand release)
15 Box jumps (24″/20″)

Wind him up…..

And watch him fly!!!!

If you haven’t met our neighbors at Honey Skateboards yet, pop in sometime and introduce yourself. They are some great guys with crazy boarding skills.

Attention:
The only classes that will be offered this Friday, April 1, are:

6:30am, 8am and Noon.

We will not be holding 4:15 (CFKids), 5pm and 6pm classes on this day (Friday, April 1), nor 9am on Saturday, 4/2.
