Rest day…. use today as a rest day if you are following the 3-on, 1-off template. If you’re not following that, you will use today as a day to make up one of the WOD’s from the previous three days or work on a skill or weakness….. or….. today Angelo will be starting his Olympic lifting class, along-side the Noon class and the 4:30 class. If you’d like to work on your Clean & Jerk and Snatch, make sure you swing by at one of those times today.
Justin will never forget his first CrossFit workout. It involved wall ball and bear crawls.

I can remember doing “Badger” ( 3 RFT of 30 squat cleans @ 95#/65#, 30 pull-ups, 800M run) at CrossFit Agoge and on the 2nd run, I seriously contemplated running home instead of back to the gym, we only lived a couple miles away…. wondering if anyone would notice that I was missing….. of course, I didn’t, and never would…. but man, that workout will always be with me….
Workout 12.3 will be released tonight at 6pm. We will review movement standards, get our stage set, and hit it!!
