The CrossFit Games Open website is live! Check it out here and get yourself registered! First workout is released next Tuesday (3/15). We will head to CrossFit Agoge in Montrose next Saturday (3/19) to do the workout in a fun-filled CrossFit environment. Scaling is available for all and I encourage everyone to participate. You are all peacocks and it’s time to let you fly (….if you haven’t seen ‘The Fighter’ that might not make sense…)
