  1. hope to see alot of the group @ 6:30 tonight. being involved in both team & individual competitions are super gratifying & can be very rewarding, you learn a little about yourself each & every time. I do @ least!!!

  2. Alot of fun, great energy, and some nail biting matchups to watch tonight!! That’s my kind of Crossfit! I think Thom and John should have to do a sudden death round on Thursday????

  3. Thom missed too? Sounds like fun! I caught a freekn cold that Im sure no one else wants, I think ive got it wipped though! I hope anyway its killing me to miss out!
