REMINDER TO ALL INTERESTED ATHLETES:
If you are potentially interested or already 100% committed to competing next year in CrossFit (as an individual or on a team), please join us for an informal meeting on Wednesday, September 7 at 6:30pm (that’s TONIGHT). If you are planning on competing in anything, be it mountain biking, running, MMA, whatever… join us this evening and get a plan for success established. It may seem in the distant future but the work begins now. We will talk about goal setting, your mental game, recovery methods, and more. This meeting is open to everyone! See you tonight!

10 Ways To Be a Better CrossFitter

If you are up for a WOD on the road, join us this Saturday, Sep. 10, as we travel to Avon for the Grand Opening of CrossFit Venture. Workouts will begin at 10am.  This will replace our regular 9am WOD at CrossFit Junction.

This Sunday is September 11. Show your support for our Troops, Veterans and Firefighters by participating in the Tunnel to Towers 5K Walk/Run. Starts at 8am at Pepsi Bottling – 140 Power Road on the Riverfront Trail.

  2. If this interferes with Obama’s jobs speach tonight then count me out. Lord knows I don’t want to miss yet another one of his speaches full of nothing but truthful information that is utterly inspiring and will lead to a brighter, more vibrant American economy.

  3. He’s the empty suit that would be the Crossfit equivalent of not just a Type 2, but we would have to create a new classification of a Type 3 Crosffiter. Hope that puts some perspective on it.

    Those deadlifts can’t come soon enough it would appear!
